Ingredients:

  • Greek yoghurt

  • 2 scoops of Complan

Method:

  1. Combine a handful of mixed berries, a sliced banana, a dollop of Greek yoghurt, and 2 scoops of Complan in a blender.
  2. Add a splash of orange juice for a citrusy kick.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for a refreshing and protein-packed treat.

2. Mango Coconut Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops of Complan
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Place the diced mango, coconut milk, Greek yoghurt, honey or maple syrup, and 2 scoops of Complan into a blender.
  2. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a colder and thicker consistency.
  3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired.

3. Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
  • 2 scoops of Complan
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Method:

  1. Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
  2. Add milk, and 2 scoops of Complan to the blender.
  3. If desired, drizzle in a bit of honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnishing with a banana slice or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
